Tbilisi International Animated Festival Was held this year in Hybrid format. Physical part took place in Amirani Cinema from 30th October till 2nd of November, and online part was presented on the festival's web platform, continued till 8th of November. This year on the festival were presented more than 190 films from 46 countries, and the winners list include the titles from France, Germany, Hungary, Norway, Italy, Spain, Georgia and other countries.

Except the screenings of more than 17 programs - among them 6 competitive, 2 special programs, programs for children, youth, and adults., there were held professional and educational masterclasses, presentations, interviews with filmmakers. The member of Jury panel Piotr Kardas, director of O!PLA Animation Festival and film promoter from Poland presented the lecture about the history of Polish Animation – crucial figures, movies, decisions.
